Hof van Leysen has potential as a charming spot for families, but there are some significant issues that need addressing. The playground, meant to be a safe haven for children, unfortunately, falls short. It's disheartening to see broken glass littering the area, presumably from the nearby restaurant which allows patrons to take their drinks into the playground. This poses a serious hazard for the kids who come here to play.
On a more positive note, the walking paths in the park, though somewhat limited in size, offer a pleasant and scenic stroll. The greenery and layout are quite nice, making it a decent spot for a brief walk or a quiet moment.

There are plenty of benches (some even with tables) and nice grassy areas for a picnic. There are no toilets in the park though, which may be an issue during Corona when the surrounding establishments are closed.
