Don't park here outside office hours! The ticket scanners at the payment machines and exit were not working so we (7 people, 3 different cars) could not pay neither leave. Reason for giving 1 star is that I spent 1 hour trying to reach the right people by phone. The parking itself doesn't show any phone number, only contact details of the security company who only spoke French. The parking office is closed in the weekend (when this happened) so they didn't pick up the phone. Fortunately security gave us another phone number and after some time the system was up again. The system incorrectly registered our entry as the day before, meaning we were billed for someone else’s parking time. It you don't want to pay ask your friend to drive up to the boom, press for a ticket and reverse and then only pay the new ticket. I was on the other side of this and the more I tried to explain their system doesn't work the more the operator told me I'm lying.
