Frituur Station — Local services in Leuven

Sadly, one of the worst delivery meals we've had. They have had bad reviews for several months, but do not seem to care or accept that the way they are doing things, is not good. Such as being so unfriendly, unprofessional and impolite to respond to other bad reviews like the following: "I am sure you have not taken your medication". This type of behaviour is unacceptable.

_Food arrived warm, but it was delivered more than 1 hour late, meaning that it was not the problem of the deliveryman. _Fries had no taste even after adding salt by ourself. _The burger did not taste like meat, but rather like a vegan mushroom/soy-based burger. _The "special sauce" for the fries was ketchup on one side and mayonnaise on the other, with some chopped onions on top. Other frituur shops have more interesting/better options in our opinion.

Overall, sadly we cannot recommend this, but we're sure they can improve if they care enough and put the effort to do so. Sadly, so far they have not shown signs of caring about customer satisfaction, or accepting the fact that they are not handling things in the best way possible.

As the famous rule says: "The customer is always right". Meaning that customer satisfaction comes first. And when you have as many 1 stars as 5 stars, you must realize something is not right. Only when you accept you have a problem, you can start working on solving it.

We hope that they at least they care enough to not contaminate the food with potentially the Covid-19 virus, but as seen from reviews, we're afraid that might not be the case.

We have the hope in them, that one day they will take the reviews more seriously, and will start caring about the customer more, since at the end of the day, we customers are the ones putting our trust in their business for their meals, and we customers are the ones keeping their business alive.

Please do not take the bad reviews personally, but rather as feedback, and a way to improve upon what you already have. 3 out of 5 stars is not bad. But we believe, and we are sure you cand o better. We are no chefs or professional businesspeople. We're just another customers, giving you our honest feedback, out of our own personal experiences, as we only give feedback to businesses that we believe need it, in order to improve.

We almost walked by, and I’m glad we didn’t! The owner was super helpful and friendly and patient with us as Scots. He explained what the “veggie pack” was and we watched as he made everything fresh in front of our eyes! He made great recommendations for the sauces (so many to choose from!) and the value for money was great. We really enjoyed the fresh flavours and a great experience. We would be back again if we were here longer than one day. Absolutely...

A review from a “frietjes freak”! I have lived in Leuven for quite some time and I have been to too many different “chip-shops”, I guarantee you that this is one is gonna be your favourite place to eat your golden crispy sticks!!! The service is great, such friendly staff! 😉 Their hygiene level beats all the other ones. You get served quickly and they do amazing home 🏡 deliveries. Love love love it here!...
