Funvilla Aurora — Local services in Aurora

We visited this playground last week and overall had a great time — it’s clean, fun, and well-designed. However, I was really concerned that there was no supervision near the slide area. Several boys were climbing up the slide in the wrong direction, and there were no staff or parents around to correct them.

My daughter was coming down properly and collided with one of them, hurting her hand. She cried for several minutes and had pain for days.

WOW!! 😍 We are so lucky to have this amazing new playground in Aurora! The space is HUGE and absolutely fantastic — it’s a perfect mix between riders and a regular playground, something you really can’t compare to anywhere else! 🙌

I came in yesterday with my daughter Sherri around 6. The customer service at the front was wonderful, but an employee with red hair came to assist us and spoke to my seven-year-old daughter in an extremely rude and condescending way. I was absolutely shocked by how she spoke to my child. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No parent should have to witness their child being treated like that in a store.
