I had a horrible experience at this establishment. Prior to spending $150 on gift cards in December 2021, I had never shopped at a Lindt store before. After Christmas, one of my co-workers, to whom I had given a $50 gift card, told me that he had been unable to use it. I felt so pathetic for gifting something that didn't work. I went to the location as soon as possible to rectify the issue. They told me that they had no idea what the issue was but that they would pass it on to a manger. Over the course of the next month I returned several times for more information and got nothing. I was also repeatedly told that I would received a phone call but I was only called after the resolution. Finally, a month and a half after I had purchased the gift cards, they issued a new one.
In my opinion, this could have been a simple fix, but what do I know? I only know that I felt like a complete loser for giving a useless gift and that I was left on the wayside by Lindt. Once they had my money, they couldn't care less about solving the problem. I think that the most disgusting thing was that they didn't offer me anything to make up for their miserable, pitiful service. Furthermore, when I asked if they would do anything, I was simply told, "No."
I'll never again darken the door of this place, or of any other bearing the same name, unless something is done to recompense me. In that case, I'll change this review. Until then, my advice remains the same:...
Read moreVisiting the Lindt store is a true delight for any chocolate lover. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the rich aroma of premium Swiss chocolate and the elegant displays of truffles, bars, and seasonal treats. The store is beautifully organized, with sections for classic favorites like milk and dark Lindor truffles, as well as more unique offerings like limited-edition flavors and gift sets.
What sets Lindt apart is the high quality of its chocolate — smooth, rich, and consistently delicious. The truffles, in particular, are a standout. Each one has a perfectly balanced shell that gives way to a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth center. Whether you're into intense dark chocolate or prefer the sweetness of white or caramel-infused options, there's something for every taste.
Customer service is another strong point. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer recommendations or samples. They’re also great at helping customers put together custom gift bags or boxes, which is a nice touch for holidays and special occasions.
Prices are higher than average, but the quality more than justifies it. Plus, there are often in-store promotions and deals that make it easier to indulge without going over budget.
Overall, the Lindt store offers a luxurious and satisfying experience — a perfect stop for treating yourself or finding a thoughtful gift for...
Read moreI was very disappointed during my visit on Dec 17 2020... I would just like to say that I understand we are in a global pandemic BUT there is a proper way to treat customers and follow protocols and then there is a wrong way.
First off, I walked into the location, with no line outside nor an associate at the door. All the sudden I hear very loudly “you can’t come in, get out until someone leaves”. Feeling embarrassed, startled, and overwhelmed, I left the store. I saw two people come out and saw her wave me in... I walked in where I was asked to sanitize. I did.
Secondly, as I was in the store now frustrated on how I was spoken to, not once did she apologize for the way she spoke to me. Then as I’m making my purchase, I had an associate come up to me and stand RIGHT beside me... cashiers not following social distancing, and now an associate is standing beside me. I backed up for my own safety but as o was leaving felt appalled at the fact that, I as a customer had more health and safety knowledgeable than a functioning store.
This was the worst experience that I have had in all any store since COVID. I’m very disappointed in the way the staff talks to it’s customers and how I was treated. I do understand it is a tough time for everyone, but if you are going to work in retail have the decency to be kind and polite to everyone if that’s what you’re...
