Bought from them online from ebay not their own website and still got OUTSTANDING customer service!! I bought 2x per-order black series 6" figures and they have kept me informed with all the updates as they received the,m Never once did I have to wonder what was going on with the order. I did ask why it hadn't arrived by their estimated date and within less than 10 mins Collin got back to me and assisted me and put my fears to rest. I got my answer and was very satisfied (supplier late shipping to vendors) and it wasn't even their fault at the store. Collin goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant experience, I live in Hawaii so it is true that Bounty Collectibles & Toys and Collin makes people around the world truly smile as their inner child is released! I am happy and totally satisfied I used to use a seller in NY, USA but now will use Collin for ALL my pre-orders! Sure they might be al little more but the customer service is so outstanding and satisfying that I will gladly pay a $1.00 or $2.00 more to get a figure 1) that is from a store than an average seller (bc of their guarantees) and 2) Collin's Customer service is amazing! Huge selection of merchandise as well figures collectibles, and so many more unique things we can't get in the US much less in the middle of the pacific here in Hawaii.

I ordered "Star Wars The Black Series: Revan's Lightsaber" and even though during pandemic and chip shortages it still arrived very quickly. The original order had a little scuff on the box, but that was due to the courier mishandling the package. I reached out to express that this was intended as a collectable and right away, i received a phone call to deal with this time urgent matter. I was greeted with care and concern. They had sent me a shipping label for the return of this one and chose a different high priority shipper to send me a brand new Lightsaber. Such a nice service. I ordered a 3 funko pop figures I was looking for the longest time and they had them. The price was great. The service perfect. They shipped it 30 minutes after I made the payment and I received them at home next day. The packaging was with a lot of care and every single box was in perfect shape.
