I have no interest in putting a negative review for anyone but this particular place seriously deserves it. Everytime I come to the drive through, the workers especially this one girl with blonde hair always rushes the drinks and never follows the recipe of the drinks. She puts 1 pump in the drink when theirs supoosed to be more, or sometimes she puts way too many pumps of a particular item. The lemonade and teas also are never made well, because the recipe of how much to put is NOT followed here. Even when you tell them to make the drink a certain way, this one girl who has made my drinks has never done it properly compared to other Starbucks locations. I am a frequent Starbucks buyer and sometimes I go to a different location even though this one is closest to me just because of the job of the baristas. The manager need to step it up and train these workers. Itās like giving these baristas a drink thatās made in a horrific manner, pretty sure they wouldnāt appreciate that. Theirs a certain way you make the teas, and how much lemonade you put into the drink. Theirs a certain amount of PUMP of creme base, mocha, and ice you put into the drink. My friend works at Starbucks and she tells me the recipes. And when I watch the workers in tsawassen commons make it, it blows my mind. People pay a lot of money on one drink, and itās not fair that Everytime a customer goes home throwing the drink away in the outside trash can because of dissatisfaction. Upon placing an order for an oat bar, I kindly requested for it to be warmed up. The cashier acknowledged my request and assured me that it would be done. I also asked for a cup of water.
However, when the oat bar was handed to me, it was not warm as requested. I was informed by the employees that they were instructed not to warm up the oat bars as they tend to crumble. Despite my insistence that other Starbucks locations do it routinely, I was met with resistance. Frustrated, I contemplated asking for a refund but decided to ask them to warm it up for just 10 seconds.
To my surprise, the employee denied the existence of a stop button, which I later discovered was not true when I saw another employee using it. After insisting on warming it up for a brief period, the oat bar did not crumble as claimed. Furthermore, I had to wait an excessive 20 minutes just to receive a cup of water, which seemed by the employees intentional and unnecessary.
It is imperative that these employees undergo proper training on customer service etiquette and learn to engage respectfully with customers. Despite maintaining me with a calm and polite demeanor throughout the interaction, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from...

Iāll usually place a mobile order in hopes to be in and out so I can get back to work quickly. There has been a few times unfortunately I was left waiting 15 minutes or so for my order and wasnāt acknowledged until one of the baristas asked if I was waiting for anything. While on the other hand my work mates who comes to this location often was served her drink right away.
My last visit (5 minutes ago) my drink was ready but my snack wasnāt there so I stood waiting patiently, gladly the nearest barista asked if I was waiting for anything and told her what I was waiting for. They got it quickly but had a hard time finding it in there system. The guy dealing with my last ordered iteam handed it to me and said āhere you go sir⦠Timber~Roseā all said with a kinda disgusted and annoyed look. I said thank you and left quickly.
Iām not so comfortable to come here anymore but when I really need a boost I just go cause it the closest option for someone who doesnāt drive. Iāve stopped coming in the mornings as well because of similar behaviour from other staff. I rarely see a warm welcoming smile like I used too, I might just have to leave home earlier for work to make a stop at Timmieās...
