I had my doubts about this store after reading the reviews, wish I hadn't wasted my time!  Avoid if you know what's good for you! These reviews were correct.

Brought in a broken fan and a heatsink for reference. The guy I dealt with so was rude, arrogant and patronizing. Total prick, made no effort to look for a replacement until I told him the dimensions.. which I googled at the counter. Took me no time at all to find on amazon.

He showed me a $45 universal alternative, said it was my only option, that they didn't have anything else in stock .  After I turned it down he produced a secondhand fan/heatsink combo for $25(which he claimed was brand new) I told him the fan is $8 on amazon and that I don't need the heatsink... his reply was that the post and packaging would be $25 and that they come together Which is a blatant lie, I looked it up on amazon in front of him and total came to $8 plus $6 shipping.

He attempted to reduce it further as I was walking away but I had to leave that environment, these people make me sick. I won't give these people my money and you shouldnt either.

This is my first negitive review ive ever made im my life and im 31. I felt compelled to warn everyone about this place. Stay clear, plenty other cheaper...

We bought a projector from them, yet never told us it was 'special order' from the USA. The guy said that it was in stock at their suppliers, so that's why it only took a couple of days to come by. My girlfriends setup for her previous projectors was always above the screen, shining downwards while sitting on a shelf above the couch. This one we purchased couldn't be set up like that. She was really upset, and I figured we can return it for the 15% restocking fee. Called up the guys, he told me that since it's special order, we can't return it at all. I complained and asked him where is this written, since I scanned every single policy on their site before calling. Turns out it's on the receipt, and not on ANYWHERE else.

What kind of dick thing is that to do to people? I was never told once the entire time about this either. As someone who hasn't ordered anything before from a company, I would have expected one of them to say "Once you buy this, there are no refunds.".

Never will suggest this place to anyone. Horrible service. Never there when they say they would be, never followed up...

Do not go to this store. I am from out of town and left my computer charger at home. I took a cab to their store and bought a generic adapter that fit the mini usb plug on my computer. They plugged it in at the store and it was charging. When I got back to the hotel, it was not charging. They were nice enough to bring a second adapter to my hotel so I didn't have to take another car back and forth (for which I tipped them) but that one failed after charging the computer to 86%. Two in a row? They were closed for the next two days for a holiday so I left the charger at the hotel front desk with the receipt. The next day on my trip home my computer over heated and would not turn on at all.

They have refused to pick up the adapter and refund my money but that is not the important part. They are selling merchandise that fails within minutes and can damage your equipment. Do not go...
