I had the worst time from the order process, to payment and picking up my cake. I am not discriminatory of people having English as their second language but when they struggle so much it will really affect the customer's experience and the survival of your business. I ordered online on a Aug 15th. Then I phoned on Aug 17th to see if I can pay over the phone- initially they said I did not make an order and took 10 min to determine that I have. I was unable to pay over the phone so I came in on Aug 19th to pay in person. Once again, they cannot seem to find my order. Later on they figured out that the cake was already made and is in the freezer. Wasn't that too early for the Aug 22nd Saturday pickup? Definitely not fresh. But apparently the owners who make the cakes are going out of town on the weekend and pre-made the weekend orders. I paid. Had a physical receipt. I opted to pay ahead because a friend is picking it up on the weekend. Aug 22nd Saturday comes, my friend comes with a picture of the receipt but then their staff, Jaewon says the cake was not paid therefore they are not releasing it to her. This cake sat in the counter as he was arguing with my friend about the matter. The receipt was not sufficient proof for them. I called him and said that I paid in the store and he was the one that even rang it in at 6:33pm. He spent another 10 min in the back of the store to check the security cameras to make sure I came in to pay the Wednesday prior. Finally, he released the cake and by the time it reached it's destination 15min away it has melted. We were embarrassed and it was frustrating to know it came late and melted at the event it...
Read moreThis location has to be the worst location to order blizzards from. Absolutely no toppings in the blizzards when I order from skip the dishes. The past 3 times I ordered from them I've noticed my blizzard is mainly a plain ice cream with very little toppings but i thought to myself "maybe its just in my mind and things have changed over the years"
Well ordered for the 4th time and once again the same thing, pretty much paying $8 on skip the dishes for a plain ice cream... So i took my blizzard that i haven't even touched yet and put it in a bowl, let it melt and drained the ice cream to see how much toppings are actually in it.
Here are the results...
Pretty pathetic when you're paying almost $8 for a blizzard on skip the dishes... Used to live in a different community and never had this problem.. guess its time to switch...

I returned the un-touched half in hopes of an exchange, but the best they could do was 1/2 off a new cake. I wanted a log cake in exchange for 1/2 of the 10” cake not eaten. Fair exchange. The nice lady working the counter called her manager and the manager said because knowbody else complained all they can do is 1/2 off the log cake. So I had them dispose of the un-eaten half of the 10” log cake and purchased the log cake for 1/2 off. All in $55 spent. Will be the last money I ever spend at this location. The store also smells like sewer as they claim their hvac system is under repair. Even have a sign up on the door. Overall it was a...
