Tipsy Pig Kitchen is a bar and restaurant combined. They specialize in pub style food. Including meals, wings, pizzas and more. Just like most bars Tipsy Pig has daily specials including wing nights, pizza nights and daily specials on drinks. While the place is a bar, families are allowed in to dine. This includes children. So don't be afraid to come here with a family. The food quality is what you would typically find at a pub. The food is good but it is not of the highest quality. The pizzas are average and a little greasy. The thin crust pizzas are much better. They have a great crunch and filled with flavor. The macorini and cheese was quite good. It was rich and creamy providing a lot of flavor. However, the garlic bread that came with it, was tasteless and charred. The chicken wings were dry. Depending on what flavor, the wings are bland or tasty. It really depends on luck. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. They provide help with the menus if you can't make a choice. The wait for food was a little long. However, it was most likely due to it being very busy. The price of the food was expensive. This is to be expected of a bar. Without the specials the wings and pizza are quite expensive. So expect to spend more, if you are not here for the specials. Overall, the Tipsy Pig is a great place to come with friends and enjoy a drink with some food. I recommend coming for the nights they have specials, rather then the full priced menu.

Went with my friend after work to get dinner and we stumbled upon wing night. We ordered two baskets of wings. One was extremely dry the chicken was hard to eat, the other was fine. Both luke warm. Then the pasta came which was also not hot too touch was extremely oily. I asked if they could put them on two separate plates for my friend and I but he said to do it our self and gave us two plates. Our waiter never came to ask how our food was until the very very end when we were ready to leave. Then we asked for a to go box, which my friend started putting the pasta in the box and the waiter was asking my friend to clean up her mess at the table. So as she’s trying to box her food.. he’s asking her to put her cutlery and napkins and things and stack it for him to take away. I’m sorry.. is that not your job? Why are you not waiting until after she finishes. Before that even takes place he reaches over us to take the wings away which apparently we can’t take home even though we paid for them? He had said we can’t take the wings home for takeout. I didn’t order takeout, I’m trying to take the wings home that we paid for to eat later. But instead, he throws them in the garbage. A waste? Completely. We were astonished at our waiter and didn’t understand why we were being rushed out and could not take the wings. We just left, no tip. We will try again when Christie is working for another chance though one day. I think she’ll make the experience better.

It was a long week and we were in the mood for comfort food and a patio! Initially got a spot on the patio originally in the shade but moved to one in the sun (as we were hoping to soak in the sun before colder weather). We shared the Pigs Trough which was a large platter of house cut nachos, dry ribs, chicken wings, spring rolls, seasonal vegetables, mozzarella sticks, deep fried pickles and mac and cheese bites. It's advertised to share between 4 and 6 people as an appetizer but we were having for dinner. There are over 50 flavors to choose from for the wings and dry ribs. We chose Tangy Carolina which I really liked and Ginger Beef which wasn't too obvious in what it was. For a larger group, we didn't get 5 or 6 of each thing so there would be people not able to try everything. The mozzarella sticks passed the stringy, gooey filling, pickles had a thin and crispy coating and spring rolls loaded with flavor The seasonal vegetables were 3 carrot and 4 celery slices which seemed quite lacking and the mac and cheese bites were a bit dry (lacking cheese). We had good service from our waiter even though it was only his 3rd day working there.

Just returned from dinner with a few friends (5 of us total). To put it bluntly, the dinner was an absolute disaster tonight. We arrived shortly after 6PM and put in an order for drinks first, then around 630 put in our food order (nachos to start and individual entrees).

It took over an hour before one of the servers came by to let us know the kitchen was well behind, as there was only 2 people working supposedly. What made matters worse was there were people (smaller parties) arriving well after us that somehow got their food before our table? It wasn’t particularly busy on the patio tonight, we were one of 4 tables when we arrived, so to see that happen was quite upsetting.

Another half hour goes by, past 8pm now, and we haven’t received even the nachos yet. We ended up just telling the servers to cancel the food if they haven’t been made yet and we’ll just be on our way. But surprisingly they had the food being prepped by then, so ultimately they came out with a bunch of takeout boxes, including the nachos. We just promptly asked to get the bill.

In the time it took to get our bills, we ended up finishing the nachos (gives you an idea just how slow everything was this evening).

All of us live in the neighborhood so we figured it was a good choice for a casual dinner and drinks with friends, but the level of service we experienced tonight is one of the worst I’ve ever had.

I don’t put all the blame on the young staff working tonight, because they could only do so much with the amount of people they had on hand and the training they were provided. This fiasco falls on the shoulders of management in my eyes. The servers failed to recognize the complete failure of tonight and didn’t even so much as compensate us for a round of drinks or nachos. (We paid full price on the entirety of our bill…)

I get the staff was young, but that can’t be an excuse. The treatment we received just screams poor training in customer service.

You have a perfect evening weather-wise, in the midst of summer and nestled in a busy community and you fail to have the foresight to have more staff on hand to handle the dinner rush? Unbelievable. Servers failing to recognize patrons have waited well past the point of acceptable and don’t even offer a smidge of compensation? Atrocious.

I don’t like leaving significantly negative reviews, but tonight well warranted this. It will take a good long while before I have any desire to...

On Wednesday May 14, 2025 I had called the restaurant before hand to find out if they take reservations because it was for an event with around 20 people. When the lady on the other end answered she had told me that they don’t take reservations on Wednesday’s because of their wing night promo, they instead said I can come into the restaurant and join the waitlist if there was one at the time and wait to be seated which I had no problem with because they had also mentioned that there was also no group capacity. However, upon arrival at the restaurant when I asked for a table for 20 people she said that she wouldn’t seat 20 people and the max she would seat was 10 people because the restaurant was busy. I understood this however, the majority of the back row was empty and could more than accommodate us which I had mentioned and she then replied and said that she didn’t want us to take up the whole back row because it would cause other customers to have to wait. Not sure how this can be an issue if we are also paying customers? Later on in the night a table had cleared and we had asked if we could also use that table because we had a few people who had just came however our table was already full. Another waitress then replied and said that the table was reserved which confused me because they said they didn’t do reservations on Wednesday’s when I called earlier? Furthermore, about an hour and a half had passed and no-one had come to sit at the table so it was clear this was some sort of retaliation. To end it off when it came time to pay a couple of my friends were leaving to go wait outside as I was paying the bill then we were leaving. Suddenly the waitress rushed over and said no-one can leave until we pay, which I then replied and said i’m paying the bill so its okay, she then said okay I just have to make sure you stay because I need this bill paid in full. This took me back at first but I didn’t pay much mind. However, at the till to pay the waitress had also said to me if i’m sure I can pay the bill after showing me the total, to this I was taken back because I understand you want the bill paid but why have to question if I can pay it? overall this experience was absolutely terrible definitely dont go with a...

We had such an odd mosaic experience here.

We came with a group of 6 and tried to call ahead to reserve a seat on the patio but were told it was first come first serve so we came and waited only 15 minutes or so and the wait staff was very sweet and pushed tables together and accommodated us.

We had a group of people who had just flown in for a memorial for a death in the family. We had a slight delay while my kiddo was trying to determine what they wanted to eat and half the table ordered before the other half.

Multiple whole meals did not come, one from the early order and one from the later order. Multiple things were wrong with the order; wrong soup, steak medium-well when med-rare was ordered, wrong soup, etc.

I’m pretty convinced the server was doing the best she could and the food was actually ordered but the kitchen seems like it crashed. We cancelled the two meals that never came after ab an hr.

The macaroni and cheese was lovely and the mushroom soup was fantastic. The meat (both steak and ribs) was too well done and not cooked well. The fries were perfection. The mocktails were tasty and well mixed. As someone who’s put a lot of hrs in at restaurants and bars it’s obvious that the kitchen was just having an off night. The menu obviously has potential.

Half way through the night when going to the bathroom we discovered one of stalls to be out of toilet paper and the supervisor happened to come in during that visit and I told her and then at the end my kids and I ended up with an allergic reaction (probably to palm oil) to the tiramisu, which I frankly should have checked the ingredients better. The toilet paper had still not been replaced, as I warned another customer she might need to grab some from a friend.

I’m willing to chalk it all up to training new staff and the first busy patio day of the season. But some areas definitely...
