Terrible experience at this location, would not recommend going to this store. Did not think of writing a review but after reading the other reviews, it seems like there was one common problem with this location and that is management specifically. I am very disappointed and disgusted on how I was treated there. Right from the jump, my friend and I were treated poorly by staff when ordering but we brushed it off. My friend went up to the counter to let them know that they got his order wrong. The manager rudely told him that they called for order number 174, which was my friend’s number. He showed the receipt and as he was showing it, the manager gripped it from him and told him to grab the order that they’d given him. It was very unprofessional for the manager to speak the way she did towards my friend, so I told her that no one was forcing her to work there so she didn’t have to. She then started yelling at us, accused us of harassing her, and demanded for us to leave. She also threatened to call the cops on us. We refused to leave the place because we had paid for our food and had already sat down to eat. So she came around the counter and snatched my food from my hand as I was about to start eating and proceeded to throw all of my order on the floor. She tried to grab my friend’s food as well so she could do the same thing and throw it all over the floor, but my friend held onto his food. I ended getting angry and started swearing, because who wouldn’t? I paid for my food and the manager was super disrespectful. I called the cops, but the manager of the place was not cooperating. I wasn’t even offered a refund or replacement of my food! I complained to the Popeyes customer support and got an email back from this store itself. The response was also very unprofessional and they didn’t even apologize. Instead, in the email they told me that I shouldn’t have interfered with the situation between the manager and my friend, and was also told that I should stop creating issues. I will be posting about this incident on social media as well since this location obviously hasn’t done anything about the management after so many bad reviews that they’ve received. Read moreNot related to the food. The food was great. September 30 at 4:30 PM This is related to the staff. The supervisor/manager ( whoever had the blue shirt different from the rest) was criticizing and being straight up rude towards another employee because of shoes and how it’s been 10 days and they haven’t put the right shoes. I have specific idea of what the issue was, but the lack of class and professionalism from this supervisor towards the employee shows. If anyone has something to say towards another employee, take it to the back or talk about it another time, not when the store is packed, embarrassing them in front of colleagues and clients. It’s called BULLYING.
Another one was the front employee taking orders. She was busy with a client and I came in behind the line. When It comes to my turn she asks “ How can I help”. I said “ I am just waiting for my online order number ##” super chill I was actually super chill. She straight up said with ATTITUDE “ When you come in the store you have to tell me your order or We don’t know when we can start your order”. But with lots of attitude. I told her twice “ how could I have told her if she was helping someone else? “ So petty but she said “ well for future reference “ and rolled her eyes, handed me my order. Like… the food here is good, but the staff, management and attitude of employees is just so sassy and petty....
Read moreI cannot believe how unprofessional the manager was during my time of visit. I am from Skip The Dishes and was about to pick up an order. There was another driver waiting inside when I got in. Not every single staff was even checking if anyone is waiting for anything. And then the manager just talked to the other driver blaming him why he didn’t approach anyone about the order. I cannot believe the tone of the voice of this manager, so rude and disrespectful, so I decided to speak up. I told her that she should be aware about delivery orders as she should know the time of the arrival, and she shouldn’t put the blame on the other driver. To think the store is not even busy and only has two customers when this happened. How amazing how ALERT the team was. And mostly, when I pick up a food in any Popeyes in general, the team members are just telling us to wait until they finish packing the orders without even asking for order numbers, and majority of the staff are rude.
I asked the manager what her name was, and she didn’t bother telling me because I AM NOT A CUSTOMER AND JUST A DELIVERY DRIVER during that time. I told her I am willing to purchase something to be considered a customer that time, but she decided to leave and call someone.
