Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

My wife walked in and placed an order and didn't have a great experience with the girl at front cash. She got back into the car a bit upset and so I decided to go back in to politely request a simple refund of the order that was just placed. I was told "no" she could not refund the order because her manager told her she was not allowed to do so. It had just been placed into the oven she explained. She asked if I'd like to call her manager and I agreed, so she called and spoke with her manager and was told she was not allowed to refund the order. That was extremely irresponsible from a management as well as from a customer service stand point. This location also appears to be under-staffed and unequipped to deal with multiple customers and orders. A simple refund request, denied five minutes after the order was placed. I feel unimportant as a customer and I feel as though there needs to be more training for the management of this Little Caesars establishment. Never have I been told "No" when I wanted to cancel a food order before even recieving the product. Such disrespect toward the customer. I will not be purchasing food from that Little Caesars...

Ordered Italian cheese bread last night and forgot to check it you HAVE to since this location is TERRIBLE at forgetting or just can't be bothered to put the seasoning on top. Got home and of course, like the previous 3 times, there is no season on it. I stopped ordering the crazy bread as the last 3 times I ordered it, there was maybe a drop of butter for the entire order and maybe a pinch of parmesan cheese for the entire bread sticks. So giving this pathetic location the benefit of the doubt, I took a bite to make sure there wasn't less of a certain ingredient in the seasoning and YUP!!!! NOTHING on it but cheese. If I wanted just bread and cheese, I would go to Domino's and get their cheesy bread with 2L of coke for the same price. So, like usual I went back to get this fixed and the counter person there told me "there is seasoning on this". Weird that there is seasoning on this when it ONLY tastes of cheese and bread. So she added some more and gave it back to me. I said I would like a new one since it was your fault that I had to come back and she told me "No". This place is getting worst by the day and that was the last...

Asked for the lunch special at 6pm - I know that it a "lunch special" but figured they may make the exception like another location has done in the past, but it was a hard no! was told that its on the sign.. only available at lunch. So I asked for a regular peperoni with extra cheese. Price went from 7.47 to over 13.00 - I asked why and was told its a "specialty pizza" You can't tell me that the little extra sprinkle they would add would increase the pizza that much... that's crazy (I did expect to pay some additional but not to that point). So I asked for a regular peperoni and she pulled it out of the hot box. it looked like it had been there for some time.. so I asked for a fresh one... was refused. telling me that the pizza in front of me was fresh, even though it was in the hot box prior to me walking in. I will never set foot in another little Caesars again. not sure if its ownership or brand but service is not great, pizza is just okay.. only good when hot! It's unfortunate. Little Caesars was a great place in the past for a quick cheap pizza. Not today..

I ended up leaving...
