It seems the restaurant has changed ownership. I always order the same pizza, but this time, I noticed it looked smaller. Out of curiosity, I measured it and discovered they gave me a medium pizza in a large box. When I called to address this, they insisted it was a large pizza. I explained that I had taken a picture to prove otherwise and went to the restaurant to show them. Despite the evidence, they continued to deny it, claiming their cameras showed it was a large pizza. When I asked to see the footage, they refused, saying they couldn’t show it to me. I then suggested showing it to the Uber driver instead. After 49 minutes of back and forth, they admitted they couldn’t find the footage, proving they had lied initially.
Not only was the pizza smaller, but my kids also noticed it tasted different. Coupled with this frustrating experience and the staff’s refusal to take responsibility, they lost my business for good. For some reason the request wasn’t working on the app, we went in to the establishment asking for some assistance. The lady working the register (on Wednesday around 6:30pm) was very unhelpful. She did not provide any alternative solutions to the glitch in the app. She called her “boss” in a foreign language and then proceeded to say if we have downloaded the app before it won’t work. We have not downloaded the app before … She did not provide any clarity around this situation or provide any other assistance. It seemed like a very one-sided effort on our part to receive information.
If, as a business owner you are going to be advertising these deals, it is your responsibility and your responsibility to train your workers to know how to support the customers when these situations arise instead of shrugging it off…this is false and misleading...

Only one of us even likes pineapple on pizza but it was getting late and we were hungry so we just choked some of it down. We took a picture and called them to bring us the right pizza. When they showed up, they wanted to take the other pizza back and they wouldn't give us what we ordered because we ate the wrong pizza that they brought us because WE WERE HUNGRY. They can see their mistake in front of them but they say they can't give us the correct order because we ate some of the WRONG PIZZA that they gave us. What on earth are they planning to do, resell a cold pineapple pizza to the next customer? What kind of nonsensical policy is that? Just give us what we ordered unless you want to lose 4 repeat customers forever. You're basically thieves...
