Really disappointing experience or I guess lack there of. I would give a zero if I could. My original appointment was JANUARY 30th for a consult on medical botox (the doctor was amazing so helpful & really cares about you & the problem you are experiencing, so knowledgeable this has nothing to do with her or Ally (hair) she’s AMAZING!!) not only did I not hear back from this place AT ALL a follow up or anything regarding my appointment. Radio silence (I’m a patient person I was told 2 weeks & I left it for 5). I had to call and talk to the reception 3 separate times to ask them to call me back or email a text even- with any information regarding the decision with my medical Botox. Finally I get a call back & only because I persistently called & 2 minutes after I emailed asking if they are still even open as I was promised to speak with someone before close, I then receive a call. since then I have heard nothing. It’s been 3 weeks since that interaction. I feel like I wasted my time coming in at all & with being a student my time is limited. Waiting 8 weeks is insane. I would have started this process ANYWHERE else because maybe by this point I would at least have an answer or better yet have my issue...

This is a fancy beauty bar at the heart of Marda Loop. I didn't even know about this place but I needed I present for my cousin and I was told she loves this place, so I ordered a few things online and picked up at the store. They had the order ready to go when I picked it up and wrapped really nicely, so my job is done, I don't have to do anything else, just give the gift to my cousin. The place is beautiful, very well kept and looks and feels luxurious. The big windows give the place a sense of spaciousness, and it is bright and welcoming. They open up at 11am, si be mindful of that before heading there. Like I said I only bought a present from them, so I cannot comment on the services they provide but based on the customer's ratings I am going to assume it is excellent. Overall, it is great to have thriving businesses like this in our city....

I was referred to Frida Beauty 3yrs ago, & I’ve had nothing but the best experiences with them! I’ve been a botox & filler model for their Frida Academy, I’ve had filler & botox done by their regular babes, & I’ve also recently had a skin consult with the skin expert, Courtney - I’m excited to start on my new regime she’s recommended for me. Every babe I’ve trusted with my appointments, have been absolutely incredible! They are all extremely knowledgeable, & I feel confident that no matter if it’s in the academy, or a regular appointment, I am in the best hands, & will love my results! Not only do I know that I’m in great hands, but they are all so lovely & friendly, that I feel totally comfortable for my appointments, & feel as though we’re friends.
