I was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I received today. I ordered lamb sirloin chops, apparently this was incorrect, as when I showed up I received tiny lamb chops. The lady then proceeded to argue with me that that is what I ordered. I had wanted lamb sirloin but instead of clarifying my email order she just assumed that's what I wanted. Normally I've received great service, however they have now lost a customer. I will also let others know what poor service I received. Thankfully there are many other great vendors...

I can only speak of the final retail product sold at the farmers markets. Several times I have had to return product due to freeze damaged beef cuts. Excuses provided ranged from "last year's product" and "recently broken freezer". I've also purchased several packages or ground beef that was labelled "lean". I beg to differ.
