Springbank Cheese Co - Marda Loop — Local services in Calgary

I love this little shop; they have some excellent products and I especially like their local charcuterie selections. Prices are a bit high on commonly found items but you can find things here you won't get at a supermarket, and prices are fair because of that.

My only downside is lack of flexibility. They won't cut smaller portions for you upon request, at least during my most recent visit. Sometimes I don't want $15 of a cheese I've never tried, and I think they would do well to put together some pre-made flights for people to try new things.

I'll keep coming here for my favorites, but for trying new products I'll probably try and find somewhere that's willing to cut...

Springbank Cheese Co- Marda Loop is a local (Calgarian) Shop located in the Marda Loop Region of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They have a great section of bread, cheeses, meats, and of course beer. I can’t say enough amazing things about this establishment as well as the shop on 14th in the NW. The staff are so friendly and personable, very knowledgeable, and they always make you want to come back. If you haven’t gone to their beer and cheese tasting events I would absolutely recommend it, can’t go wrong with top notch local beers paired with some of the most amazing cheese you’ve ever tasted.
