Very expensive. Though the shop management has been putting the blame on COVID, that still can't explain why they are way more expensive than other Indian grocery stores in Calgary. I understand every Indian grocery store in Calgary has increased the prices after COVID, but not to this extent for sure. I went there last week and for a few items (literally few items) I paid 70 bucks, that's after discarding almost 80% of the items that I originally picked. The problem is, we only get to know the prices at the time of billing because they don't display the prices for many of the items. In some cases, those prices in the display are not relevant anymore. the only positive thing to say about this shop is, they have a good selection of south Indian grocery. Read moreVery very very unprofessional behaviour.so i was a iptv customer with them since 3+yrs and refferd many clients.when the time came for my renewal i was offered a better deal by some other vendor and asked , so i asked this guy if he cud price match or give me discount ..(which i think is pretty common ) ..his response was”u can shop n get yourself a discount from alibaba or any such websites for even 2$ “ i think such response are just made to demean or disrespect the customers who try to save small penny..money and profit making is not the only thing u need..learn to be kind and chose proper words.so uncan retain customers.

It’s probably our mistake that we didn’t check the expiry date, but inexcusable and criminal to carry food items that are past expiry by almost 6 months. The vegetables and fruits are over priced, but that’s ok as long as they are in good condition. But keeping expired food items is the minimum they could avoid. I’m never going to visit such store again. And to think that we went 20kms to check out this overpriced piece of junk, it’s heartburn. Attaching the proof as well, just so that others don’t get misled. Luckily the biscuits had such a bad odour that we realised they are expired right away. And on top of that $6 for a small piece of jackfruit, probably the worst experience we had since...
