Ordered delivery, food received was not the one I ordered. Kids love the fries and I got the Mac salad which I did not ordered (they didnkot even called if ever they have to replace the fries?!) and my daughter is highly allergic with dairy too.. Then I had boneless chicken instead of regular 10pcs chicken bucket.
I called the store literally like 40x, nobody answered! I am not feeing well to drive there and bring the wrong food that was delivered… Kids are not happy without their food, it’s supposed to be for birthday dinner of my little girl! Words cannot explain how frustrated I am!
I ordered in this location again, I did not learned my lesson of how frustrated I was a few times before because of their service…
My daughter and cousin came for a visit and we decided to get something for our dinner, so we ordered online. We ordered at 6pm and follow up what happened to our food at 7:15, no one answered the phone… We called more than 20x from my cell, then my daughter and my cousin tried calling from their phone, no one answered!
Almost 8pm (2hrs passed after we ordered) my daughter decided to go to the store and follow up what happened. THE STORE WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL, No Customers around but HOW COME THEY DID NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS?!!!! They have done this previous times too! WHEN ASKED WHERE OUR ORDER WAS, What took it so long to be not delivered and they said it was already delivered! I WAS SOOO UPSET! We were waiting for hours for the food and my daughter did not go home yet and her place was a bit of a drive just so we can have dinner! THEY ARGUE IT WAS DELIVERED In our home! HOW COME? When we are all starving?!!! IF THEY DID.. IN SHORT, THEY MIGHT HAVE GONE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS WRITTEN IN MY ORDER! Our Address is always mistaken with the other street if someone don’t pay attention to what is written! THE ONE WHO DELIVER OUR FOOD WAS ONE OF THEIR STAFF, The old gentleman who used to deliver our food knows exactly how to pay attention with what is written, BUT THE STAFF HERE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! THE NIGHT MANAGER WHO WAS INCHARGE, I SPOKE TO ALSO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVED IT!
The branch owner may have no idea of what’s going on in this branch! Those staff including the manager clearly are not dedicated with their work! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAILS (my address!) AND NO ONE CARES TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
And this was not just first, second or third times that I had been disappointed with this branch!This is the only one closest to home and I felt so bad since I love KFC.
But these were our two worst experienced in this branch, with the same night shift people! I WILL NEVER ORDER...
Read moreTo start, I’d like to thank this KFC branch for me a reminder as to why I never take deliveries for KFC. There’s always an issue and missing orders. If I can give this store ZERO stars, I would. I ordered through DoorDash and I didn’t receive my order until an HOUR later. I thought ordering early would make my order arrive just in time for my break. Unfortunately, the DoorDash driver did poorly with their delivery but that’s all been resolved and I was given a credit.
I’d like to give KFC Bannister Road a shout out for approaching their call, though! And a warn for their English customers. The person that I talked to the phone was fine to talk to. I’m addressing the other employees that I’ve heard through the phone and the way they’ve approached my concern with my order. If you’re going to talk to your own dialects, ensure what you’re talking about is appropriate and not a way to express your spite towards customers that has concerns with their order. Or shall I say, “complain?”. Next time, I suggest you all stick to talk in English rather than Tagalog and other dialects. Perhaps it can improve your communication and your service for your customers.
And to the employee that made my order and was sooo “confident” that my order was prepared nicely, then can you explain the picture attached on my review? I wouldn’t be too confident. And I’m aware how your meals are prepared since I’ve worked in KFC for a while. I’d be more embarrassed than confident with your meal preparations. The meal I’ve received was cold, messy and my condiment was missing. Another reminder that you are serving this to a person, not a stray animal. I can’t even eat this. Everything was cold. And I meant about 30 degrees Fahrenheit cold.
I’m not one to leave a poor review like this, but with the way my call was handled I just knew I had to. I want to acknowledge any future customers out there that this store will likely “complain” in front of you or even through the phone. Read moreI went through the drive through today and ordered a 3 pc chicken meal with a small gravy and bottled root beer, with 3 pcs chicken fingers. I had to repeat it 4 times before she repeated it back right. I got home and they gave me 3pcs of chicken and a 3 pc chicken meal. I drove back and opened them and said these 3 were to be chicken fingers ťhe order is right but cold. Please make it again. And I asked to add fried and another small gravy to the chicken fingers. I should have known to check it but how could they screw it up twice. As I was about to leave the cashier said politely ' " Next time please order more clearly" I got home and had 2 orders of 3 chicken fingers with fries. I cannot believe they could screw it up that bad when I was clear to begin with and more clear when they were in front of me! Do not order here unless you check the order at the counter and until they get it right. And for heavens sake, when a customer is complaining in English, all discussion about his order should be in English. I couldn't tell she was ordering it wrong again because I didn't speak Tagalog.
