Edit - Response to the business owner I did not abuse anyone in your restaraunt so please stop lying. Neither was your restaraunt packed at that time. Bringing up concern and "abusing" are two very different things. I asked your female staff to come have a look at the high chair and even told her that she knows how to behave with people but not the other guy. I did not stand there talking for more than 2 minutes and you are saying more than 10 minutes? And then you are suggesting I should reach out to you? For more lies when you clearly won't accept your mistake yet you said your staff apologized to me? What was that for then? The other couple occupying a seat of 4 right on the entrance of the restaurant was there before us and left after we got up so that's another lie. Why are you not talking about the disgusting high chair and not cleaning it? When you have already decided your staff did nothing wrong then why are you suggesting i should get in touch?

I am giving 4 star to the food which we kind of liked BUT the way they treat Indians vs Non-indians is a shame! I dined in with my husband and my one year old. They tried indirect ways twice to make us leave early because their restaraunt was busy. But a white couple sitting next there, occupying a seat for 4 but just chilling after eating food was not bothered. My boy would obviously take more time to eat because he is just 1! And we ate dinner and made a separate take away for our next day's lunch. So it's not like we sat we our 10$ meal and blocked their table.

I asked for them to clean the infant highchair but the guy barely listened and gave it dirty. The straps were so disgustingly dirty. The tried to rush us, that was okay too.. we didn't really mind. We ordered packed lunch while we were still eating dinner and then after finishing they asked us to wait in car for another 10 mints for the packed lunch. We were still okay. 10 minutes later we went inside and they said 5 more minutes when we could see they were sending out big skip orders, we were still okay. But then, I asked this guy the status and if we could cancel it, he barely nodded and said its being prepared and didn't even take out 2 seconds to check or apologize to us. That's when I lost it! They have no damn right to treat us like that while they were serving to white customers with extra loaded info on how to eat a dosa without even being asked..lol

The other lady who was nicer but ofcourse she also tried to rush us. She apologized which is good but I would never recommend this place.

But you know what guys, I will be coming again because someone needs to give you the right dose and teach you manners and quality. By the way, the infant chair pictures...

We decided to order takeout on Diwali day and placed an order for chicken tandoori, chicken tikka, chicken biryani and chicken tikka masala along with naan. The instruction was clear- mild spice as we can’t stomach even a little bit of spice. However the food was appalling to say the least. The chicken tikka and tandoori pieces were not even seasoned with salt. Lacked the basic taste one can expect from those dishes. No flavour absolutely. I had to put them back on the wok at home and modify to make them even edible. And the disaster continued with the biryani and tikka masala gravy too. Biryani was completely devoid of any flavour and just loaded with turmeric powder. Period. No other spice. Disgusting. Tikka masala was again- no salt, no flavour but a ton of bell pepper and a smattering of unseasoned chicken pieces. All 4 dishes were meant for the garbage. And with a total exceeding $70 this was money down the drain. We were terribly disappointed and I called the restaurant to inform them of the terrible food. The person at the other end listened without a word and I had to hang up after a while due to no response from their end. Later that evening, I received a call from the owner who probably was informed about the matter. He was apologetic and explained that they would make it right for us the next weekend as their lead chef was not the one who prepared our meal. He promised to get the same dishes prepared by his chef and informed us that we would be called the next weekend. Well, as sweet as his words were, they were never followed through and remained just- empty words. Nobody even bothered about us post that incident. Just goes to show that sweet talk is only for social media likes and reviews. There is nothing genuine about these folk. The food is horrible and we will never ever go back. Recommend others to check if the chef is in or out prior to placing any food orders as apparently only one person in the restaurant knows to cook. There are plenty of pretty decent Indian restaurants all over the city. Give this...

So I've driven by this place for a long time since I live in the area and have always meant to give it a shot but kept forgetting

Tonight my wife put me in charge of making dinner ... well I'm not a gourmet chef and had appointments until 8. I felt like something aside from the usual take out I pick up

I called in and placed my order and they were very helpful on the phone (recommending 2 rice servings , etc.)

I ordered the beef vindaloo since my wife likes moxies version and I ordered a butter chicken for myself

The food was ready incredibly quick and when I got it to my car I couldn't wait to get into it - if smelt incredible

Opening the bag when I got home was the best surprise

These servings are incredible , enough for the wife and I to try each others meals AND THEN SOME.

We started off with the coconut rice , butter chicken and each had a piece of butter Naan. This was incredible - hands down best butter chicken I've ever had - I can die happy now knowing I've tasted this

We went and got seconds , this time each trying the beef vindaloo. I've had moxies , I've found it a bit bland - but after trying this , and my wife agrees , if we ever want beef vindaloo again , this is our new go to

The spice is incredible , the beef chunks are hearty

The Naan from this puts most others ive tried at chains and other Indian restaurants to shame

This restaurant has earned a place in my regular rotation for take out moving forward
