I like this place for the variety of African products but the customer service is horrible! The lady treats every question asked like a personal attack! As if the questions are beneath her!! It's just baffling! Twice I've been there and both times I've left feeling less then happy!! These people need to understand that they're catering to a very diverse Clientele! Just because I'm black or African does not mean I know about Nigerian or Ghanaian or indeed African products!! When I've inquired about a product I was interested in, I've been told "read the label" or "why are you buying it?" That's just rude!! Perhaps you have your dedicated clientele, good for you!! This owner mistook my debit card for a credit card card and proceeded to yell in my face and tried to hit me because I tried to show her that it wasn’t.
