Lots of ppl think this is a quality cafe. I may of agreed my first time I went... But since they've SEVERELY changed their recipes & cutting corners or something?? Ordered the noodle dish, received a cold overly-wet-bland-soggy nood bowl without any defining flavours....... Would not have spent my money if I knew I was getting one of their fridge to go bowls sitting for who knows how long and uncooked? Why. Literally straight out the fridge to table. Wild. It was once warm fresh made dish, w sauce on side before???? No idea wat happened or they're doing!?? Every company in the world uses shrinkflation.... but from a hipstery place like this I expect to have an enjoyable meal. If I wanted to support those business practices I'd go to Quiznos. Shame, since at one time I ordered this they put effort in. You can tell they're pinching pennies practices are too much. No pricetags on lots their shelf inventory (sweat pants specifically). AND CLEANING YOUR TABLES, corners, floors. - Them tables are NASTY!!!! - to the quality and generosity of their dishes
All it takes once a week deep cleaning and they neglect it!?!??? FR? EASIEST thing in the world to run a reusable straw brush through the cracks........ANYTHING..So gross seeing months of crispy peoples droppings in our table. Deep clean your cafe guys it's not hard. I cleaned hospitals and this would take you paying someone 3 hrs wage to do an "extra" weekly clean.
Their soup even for how much they charge you for "handmade" menu won't give a single slice of bread with it if you buy a small. Minimalist for maximalist price.
If you're looking for an aesthetic to eat at sure go ahead but if you want a clean & well made meal outting choose somewhere else. It says a lot about Chilliwacks variety that this is so well reviewed place. I've tried multiple times now. Pass...
Read moreWhenever I go to a new city, I always look for cute coffee shops, and this place was beyond expectations. Their menu is vegetarian and vegan, plus the food is very wholesome in the sense where you’ll know what you’re eating.
We ordered: Mezze bowl Poke Bowl Oat milk flat white Kombucha Caramel Bar
As you can see, the bowls were very aesthetically pleasing and colourful. I was a huge fan of the soy curls, they had a good bite to them, while my friend enjoyed the poke bowl - he was sold ok the beets! Flavour was on point for both dishes and it’s definitely a great summer dish - left us feeling refreshed, rather than getting a big food coma. Their kombucha is supplied from an Abbotsford company and was what you’d expect. Coffee was quite average in itself, but got the job done. Lastly, their caramel bar used dates as a sweetener, meaning no refined sugar added, so you don’t feel guilty about eating something sweet to end your feel.
Overall, I’m really glad we visited this place and will definitely return whenever in Chilliwack! Prices were reasonable and they have many cool non-coffee drinks (green juices, elixirs) that I’m interested to try. They also hold yoga and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of stopping by this café while passing through Chilliwack, and I’m still thinking about the experience. The space itself was warm and welcoming, but what truly blew me away was one of their juices, it was called “Perform” and absolutely unforgettable.
This wasn’t just a tasty drink. It helped my mental health that day. The blend included maca root and Cordyceps, and I felt the effects almost instantly. Calm, focused, energized but not in a jittery or overstimulated way. It was like someone had dialed my nervous system to “peaceful alertness.” I was going through a tough moment that day, and this juice genuinely helped me feel grounded and capable again.
Thank you to the team behind this creation. You’ve crafted something truly special — not just a beverage, but an experience. I’ll be recommending your café to anyone heading through Chilliwack, and I’ll definitely...
