I actually feel horrible for the owners of this shop. Stopped by at 11:50 on Dec 13 th I was the only one in the shop. I asked the lady there if she could look up my wife’s size as I’m a regular customer. This was clearly an inconvenience for her as she was very in-depth in a text message. After several attempts she found time in her busy schedule to look up size to only tell me they mean nothing as each brand changes then instead of helping , recommending, moving or even asking she went right back to her text message. I came here because I saw good reviews online for this boutique, and I was looking for some cute styles I saw online from Ganni. I'm so glad I came because the stylist here Esperanza is amazing, very kind and sweet with a great eye. I came thinking I'd look at the Ganni jacket I liked and maybe do a quick browse, but she suggested some beautiful jewelry from a canadian brand called Jenny Bird. The most gorgeous and good quality simple chains, I'm excited to wear out and at work. I also picked up a very chic little black summer dress. The prices were great too. I loved my experience at the Shades of Grey boutique today, this was my very first time visiting and I’m very pleased with their selection of various brands and combination of styles. I spent 3 hours in the shop trying to find suitable outfits for my occasion and was very pleased with how courteous and attentive Esperanza was during my time in the shop.
