Ascot Properties — Local services in Western Mature Area

I lived in one of their buildings on the North side for about 10 years . Randy Ripley was the resident manager. In all my years never had a problem. The new owners/property management ? I have the landlord and tenants advisory on speed dial. I miss Ascot so much. This new bunch are just the worst. Like to the point of they are doing illegal things and threatening eviction if you don't comply with said illegal things. Having to constantly fight for your basic rights as a tenant in Canada is absurd. Once you get into an Ascot Property you are not going to want to move. Im an old lady and have rented all my life. Everbody knows who you rent from is as important as where. Judy and one of their new building managers Blair are nothing short of terrific. If you want to move for any reason you will want to check out their (too short!) list of properties and try to get into there. I highly recommend. I have rented from Ascot properties for 3 yrs and I’ve never been so satisfied renting an apartment. Dealing with ‘problems’ arising with great efficiency. We have an excellent property manager, currently Melmar who is fantastic. Judy at the main office is also extremely helpful. However, they’ve sold the building I live in downtown!!
