What’s for lunch? 😍 on Christmas I was invited to a dinner and had the worst kibbeh of my life that was bought from sobeys. Today I was redeemed with the absolutely best kibbeh I’ve ever eaten from Al-Arz Pita Bakery. The meat was fresh, red, lean and no excess fats or strings in it. The meat was perfectly blended and pre-mixed kibbeh spices sold in store made the process a breeze. The meat was really superior to any chain grocery store in Halifax. If you’re from Halifax you already know this place, if you’re new to town check it out immediately. This is one of my favourite places to buy ingredients that can be hard to find other places. I always go for the pita (which is amazing, best I’ve been able to source in the city) and labneh, and usually end up trying new ingredients to play with.
