Horrible customer service, and unknowledgeable staff. I bought a $250 vape from then that clearly wasn’t working correctly and it was a Christmas gift; and when we took it in to get it exchanged they didn’t help. said they wouldn’t exchange it cause they’d loose money... doesn’t matter that I basically feel like I threw away $250. They have lots of product but untrustworthy staff who just want your money and don’t care about customer...

These guys jacked their prices through the roof.

Went in looking for a small metal pipe before i left town and walked out spending $20. They even charged me extra for the screens! $14 for the pipe, which when i removed the price sticker i found that it was previously marked $6.
