Ala Eh! Eatery — Restaurant in Halifax

Unexpected delight! Stumbled across this quaint little Filipino restaurant for our brunch! Friendly service and food was delicious! We ordered the Longsilog, Beef tapa, Tocilog, Sizzling sisig, Pork BBQ plate and a side of home fries! Everything tasted great! They also had daily specials like pork sinigang, crispy pork kare kare, crispy pata and other food.

They also serve Western breakfast too if you are looking for your basic bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes etc.

It's always a pleasant surprise when a Filipino restaurant happens to be nearby when we visit Halifax from Ottawa. We ordered the pork sisig and Kare-Kare. We stop by a different restaurant for lunch but neither my partner or myself will wait 30 minutes for lunch so we stopped by Ala Eh! Eatery right next door. My husband and I enjoy eating out and have gone to many, many restaurants since we moved to Nova Scotia this was one best lunches.
