I moved to Hamilton recently, anyway I noticed that my sofa cushion fabric was looking a little wrinkled in the middle where most of the sitting and laying takes place . Talking ,watching TV etc. takes place. The fabric looked like new like all the rest of it. It is a good quality piece, 2 matching set. Almost 20 years old. Wondering what to another store recommended Foamland . So I went to the store- shop, and talked to a friendly , knowledgeable young lady ,can't remember her name. Anyway she recommended replacing the foam inside the cushions. So I did that, it was the perfect solution , not cheap as the foam is expensive. The work was done in approx. an hour. My experience with Foam Land started at 5:30 on a Monday morning. I was looking to get new cushions for my couch, and I sent an email through the website. At 7:30 I got a response, by noon the next day I got a quote. On Wednesday, I went in to drop off my covers to get stuffed. I likely would have gone home with new cushions the same day if there wasn't a question about the measurements I had taken that conflicted with the measurements of the covers I brought.

It's Thursday of the week that this all started. I picked up my cushions right after work, I couldn't be happier. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, their main concern was making sure I was going to be happy. My biggest regret is that I waited so long with an uncomfortable couch. I'm happy with the price I paid and even happier with the product and service I received.

Last Saturday I purchased some high density foam for a window seat cushion. Ewa was able to answer all my questions. Later in the week I returned to buy an additional piece because I had mismeasured the first. I explained the situation to Kaisa and she suggested that instead of purchasing a new piece, Gluing a piece of foam on to the original would work. So I returned the next day with the foam. Kaisa stopped what she was working on in order to help me. Not only did she glue the foam, she offered to cut the foam using the template I had provided her.
