Pizza Yolo — Restaurant in Hamilton

Faithful customer until last night. New owners and very rude!!! I have been buying pizza from here a couple of times a week. Bought pizza last night and pick doesn't include dipping sauce???? Since when? Parents ordered pizza today and was burnt black. Basically the money was thrown back in my sisters face and said have a good night. This place will be under shortly with this attitude. Had a couple of issues with previous owner he handled very professionally which included fixing my order right away and redelivering to my door. I have recommended this place but no longer. I can get my chicken and extra cheese pizza from another place that will treat me like I should be treated. Sorry Pizza Yolo you've just lost my family's business. Jesus, this place used to be amazing when it was Pizza Yolo but we didn't realize they changed owners and it's awful now. We didn't know it was a different name until we got our order and the box said Hamilton Dabbawala, so they're still operating under the old name on delivery apps but not delivering the same food quality.

Most importantly, their pizza boxes are branded and inked black - this must not have been thought through because the ink got all over my hands when I grabbed the boxes and the smell of the pizza due to their boxes specifically is SUPER off-putting - we decided to let the pizza air out and try a piece, but unfortunately the taste was super disappointing and we couldn't get past the weird smell that leaked from their packaging...

When people talk about good pizza, everyone has their own reasons for a pizza being good. So i feel it is best to describe the pizza as best I can. We purchased a pizza with Garlic (which was minced, mmmm 😁), spinach and roasted red peppers. The sauce was delicious, but lightly applied. There was plenty of cheese enough garlic and spinach, but was a bit light on the red peppers. My wife and I both really enjoyed the pizza. Our opinions differed when it came to the crust though. I found it a bit doughy, and she loved it. So its all personal preference.

Their wings were great! We had smokey bbq, and their garlic sauce was amazing (just wish we ordered more!)
