Horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude. The pizza is good when done right but you better hope there’s nothing wrong with your order or the owner will tell you “ Oh well”. And ESP if you live in Oakwood and only have debit.... So not only is your order not right and their debit machine doesn't have "service" there sometimes they said so they don't tell u ahead of time when u order so the driver shows up. Then tells you, now u have to go to the corner store if open and use the ATM and get serviced fees from the ATM and then likely ur bank as well for a pizza that's now cold because it travelled from Lindsay to Oakwood and then stand in the driveway while you found out that the machine only works sometimes and you have no cash so you discuss what to do and then go to the store and pay almost $10 at the end of bank and ATM fees for a cold pizza. When you call the owner to tell him that they should tell you ahead of them showing up or they should fix that issue or find another way around it like using square payment on data or something and that it's not fair u just had to waste ur own gas to go to the store to pay more in fees and get a cold pizza and still feel obligated to tip the driver because it's not their fault and it's not their fault u pay them like garbage and they rely on those tips but it's certainly not fair for the person who ordered and paid and waited 40 min so even the option of rejecting the pizza and saying screw you isn't an appealing option because your now starving at this point because now it's been a hour since you ordered this now over priced cold limp pizza and bread sticks he says "oh well that's how it is, what do you want me to do about it, it doesn't work sometimes out there the reception is garbage. I told him that's not fair for the customer and should receive a discount or something or for free for the added service charges for atm and gas and time wasted while the delivery dude wastes his gas in your driveway idling his car to wait for your return he simply says and in a rude tone like your wasting HIS valuable time and money... "Too Bad" and hangs up ... Lol I mean even if you wanted to reject it because of whatever factor or reason as you should of had a heads up over the phone or you don't have a car to go run to the store or the store isn't open at that time of day....regardless . If you reject the food they will flag your address and never deliver again.and in Lindsay there ain't that many fair priced or open places for that matter for food... What a world we live in where the paying customer , most of the time the policy of the store " the customer is always right " and the sole reason you have a open and running functioning business is always the one who suffers in the end. Gotta love 2019 and business owners attitudes....

This pizza was missing about 2 inches maybe 2 and a quarter inch of cheese from every slice and that's with ordering extra cheese.

I would hate to see this pizza without extra cheese.

Also the toppings didn't want to stay on the pizza and the slices were greasy and limp with way to much sauce. It's the kinda pizza, where you pick up a slice and half of it dangles straight down and the toppings slide off.

Not only that but this pizza gave me a wicked case of the squirts for 2 days. Went through a role and a half of toilet paper by the end of it.

Only giving it one star because it came with a free dipping sauce I didn't even have to ask for (most places make you pay extra for that) and because the dude at the counter was a pretty nice guy. So I think that deserves a star. So that was cool.

The rest of it wasn't though, so I'll be avoiding this...

Superior quality ingredients vs the competition, hand stretched dough not frozen blanks , ovens are fire heated with real fire, and tasty stuff gets cooked on a proper fitted thick stone slabs, the kind every Pizzaiolo and recipe invariably insist on vs. a wire flop n forget conveyor oven, 99% of which are not maintained , or cleaned / sanitized as directed by the manufactures. I recommend the garlic bread with cheese, but haiwianed up. Its a little extra $$ but worth it, (so is pulled pork or chix with bbq sauce ) Honey garlic on the cinimimon bites in a tasty twist too Get a large square folded for the biggest panzo in town and its double stuffed with toppings Ok thats enough, just eat there, clean friendly and affordable 5-1/2stars, 3 thumbs up, and...
