Overall: It’s not the worst pizza place I’ve been to but also not the best. I ordered two small pizzas using the online portal. It was advertised as a deal for two pizzas, up to 4 toppings for the price of $15.89, yet my total ended up being $23.39 BEFORE tax. I’m not sure whether that was a misunderstanding on my part or the portals. Nonetheless, I paid it & here’s my review. Food: 3/5 The 1st pizza was thin crust with green pepper, tomatoes, pineapple and broccoli. All of the toppings tasted fresh & the sauce had great seasoning. The crust however, was very chewy and neither thin nor regular. It wasn’t fluffy but also didn’t have the thinness and crunch that you typically expect with a thin crust pizza. The 2nd pizza was goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Considering the goat cheese was worth “two toppings” I could barely taste it & would have struggled to even identify it had I not known it was on the pizza prior. Crust was eerily similar to a Little Caesars pizza that had been in their ‘Hot N Ready’ oven for a little while. Customer service: 3/5 Neither great nor bad. I picked the pizzas up 25 mins after ordering and they were ready. Upon pickup, the place was empty. As in I didn’t hear or see any customers nor employees until I had been standing there for 2 minutes. Environment: 4/5 The restaurant is light and bright with high ceilings and the potential for beautiful in-store dining upstairs. It has a really cool, modern design.

First time ever ordering from 241. The pizzas were ok, but the fries were soggy and cold, and the garlic bites were completely burnt. I called the store, and got a lady, she didn't apologize or anything, it just felt like I was bugging her with my issue. She said they could either drive a new box of garlic knots to me or I could have a credit for my next order. Since I wasn't sure if id ever order from them again, I chose to just have another box delivered. She then said to hand my burnt box to the driver. Which was fine, since we wouldn't be eating them anyway. The new order came, and although the most of them looked OK, we still got a few burnt garlic knots. Picture 1 is the original box and picture 2 is the replacement.

This place had regained us as a customer only to switch hands to someone who completely ripped off our panzos. My wife and i buy panzos from here often and our first experience with this new owners is worth staying away from. Our panzos were barely stuffed and was mostly just bread. Half of the panzo was literally bread on bread. Their too cheap to give up any ingredients. ADDING ONTO MY REVIEW... the owner asked me to reach out on the businesses customer feedback page. I've reached out twice and i havnt heard back at all and it's been over a month. Soo it appears the owner only shows they care but not really. Lindsay can loose the 241 for a better pizza joint. Were never giving this place our business again

Ordered for delivery, driver calls me after a reasonable amount of time and says he can't find my address. He went to the wrong street, I get it, it annoyingly happens all the time and only 5 mins away. Well a while passed so i call the driver back 20minutes later and he answers by snapping "I'm on my way" i tell him I'm frustrated and my food is going to be cold, he told me he had to go back because he forgot my drinks. I called their customer service and explained the situation. She said she'd call the local store. After a few mins on hold am told he is there. Sure enough he is, it was a contactless delivery, but he knocked. My kid went to retrieve the pizza as I was still in the phone but he wouldn't give it to him, he needed to see me. While on the phone I again pointed out I was frustrated and my food was going to be cold and was there not anything they could do such as refund the delivery fee or tip; nope they don't do that and to call back with any issues. I had to be the one to get the order because delivery guy wanted to again tell me he took so long because he forgot my drinks. Unsurprisingly the food was cold and the pizza had clearly been on its side because the cheese had slid to one side. We did drink the drinks and a couple slices. I called back to say yup there are issues. I was told I could be partially credit for my next order, but I was clear I would not order again and just wanted a refund. To get a refund they'd need to send someone to retrieve the order for me to get a refund. Which i do get why, but I just wanted a hassle free take out and movie night with my kid not to deal with tracking down where my food is and having to stop again for the driver to come back. Overall bad experience and will just eat the cost (and not...

I was walked in customer for first time to this store. Initially service was not that bad. Store was clean and neatly kept. But ordering was tricky. Normal 22$ order will end up 40$ as topping is extra, 4 topping are actually 2 topping one each pizza. Each medium pizza need 2$ for each extra topping. Dipping sauce is extra. I mean every thing is tricky and waste of time.

They don't have disposable glasses. Honestly customer service girl tried to find all over the store to even one glass for us but she could not find even one. Every thing like spoons and plates etc., you have to be asked for. I asked her that you forgot to put dipping sauce she answer in the pizza box she quickly replied" You did not paid for it". Actually she never offered or mentioned that it is not included and you have to buy separately. I do NOT think it was her fault she was not trained properly. Store management created these tricks. The management should be blamed for every thing above. We were really hungry. Pizza taste was good and made as spicy as I asked but doe was not properly cooked and taste of uncooked starch was obvious. I shall never buy from 241 pizza again and I shall advise the same to everyone until they improve. Till then save your precious time and money. One more thing, please always compare with competitors. You will find them better and...
