Very clean and very good place to bowl. Except for one girl who works there that decided when the lane wasn’t working when I asked for help she turned her back on me and started to talk to marina who’s a very nice lady. This girl has had many other issues with people in the public and she has past issues with me. I figured for working in the public she would have dropped her issues over something that happened 8 years ago. She decided not to help me but get marina to help reset the lane. I went with my fiancé and my daughter to have a good family time and which was something that was suppose to be a lovely time turned into something that I couldn’t believe she couldn’t keep her work and her personal life separate. Terrible customer service skills and decided she was going to talk to marina about me before helping me with the lane stickiness… Marnia had to assist to make sure of what ever and added 5 mins to my bowling. However this other staff member has done to me in the past when I was there weeks ago with my step sister and her kid treated me the same way silent treatment, and was not respectful at...

THE best pizza north of 7! You read that correctly - the bowling alley makes a 13/10, hyper delicious, baked to perfection, chewey-yet-crispy-mozzarella pizza. I am so certain you will love this pizza that I will personally refund your purchase if you aren't 150% happy with your pie*.

The bowling is top notch as well - place is clean, organized and the music is a great volume. You can pay a loonie to request a song which is cool and unique. All the staff members I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful.

*only condition is you have to make a social post explaining to your friends and family how bad your taste...

Had our son’s 7th birthday party here the other day and it was an amazing experience. The staff could tell I was feeling overwhelmed and were extremely helpful. The party went smoothly and the staff were friendly and even when the kids were standing on the benches the staff were super friendly in correcting them. The pizza and garlic bread was the best I have had in a long time! I ordered extra to take home. The place is clean and the staff seem very happy with their jobs there.
