STAY AWAY for dr husein if you use cannabis they made me an appointment to this clinic so that i can renew my cannabis prescription with my supplier.my clinic was full . i was there 1.5 hours(computers down and as usual i witnessed favoritism for certain countries of people that got passed me in the line, i dont know how. the secretary know s) thats how long it took just to renew and i didnt even want to waist anymore of my time taking to the counselor to change suppliers... they all get payed working there and we should get payed waiting for them because we are loosing money waiting for them. dr husein who is a 60 year old women wearing a burka and never probably used more that 1 strain of cannabis in her life thought it would be best to lowered my thc levels because she said she didnt have enough information about thc levels and its affects , but to help me more she said she will increase my gram amount to 3g's a day .lol i laughed and told her that i cant afford that but if she wants to pay for it than ok. she wants me to use weak cannabis but alot more of it...lol she basically undermined my Dr's decision an ruined my prescription by lowering my thc levels so that she can feel better(not me) . Now i have to waist more of my time and money .i made another appointment and made sure it would be with my normal Dr how understands cannabis and its levels. if you want to go to a cannabis clinic where the front desk , counselor and dr speak their own language while you are in the same room than go see her. i personally think its very rude .But obviously this medical...
Read moreMy latest experience has been terrible. I put 3 stars instead of 1 because, the staff and doctors are 5 stars for me, but the hours of operation situation is 1 star at best. So 3 is the average. Otherwise, this is a one star. I have no problems with the doctors or staff. My problem is as follows: I ran out of anti-depressants and was in need of a consultation to get an ordonnance and refill prescription. On the website, it is advertised that on Saturdays, the hours of operations is until 3:30pm. Not 3pm. This means that I expect to receive service and see a doctor until 3:30. I got there at 2:55pm on Saturday, only to see the pharmacy was closed and there were no doctors available. The receptionist, who was very professional by the way, advised me that the doctors left around 2:45, so 45 minutes before closing BECAUSE OF THANKSGIVING. Excuse me??? If the hours of operation says it closes at 3:30 and not at 2:45 or 3:00, then the business has an obligation to stay open until that time, unless otherwise advertised. There is no Thanksgiving special hours of operation. How can the doctors just feel like leaving early, knowing all too well customers can still be arriving BEFORE 3:30. The OPEN sign was still on, and there was no sign on the door saying they closed earlier. Guys, because of this, I am left with no anti-depressants until Monday, the actual Thanksgiving day, when they are open, ironically enough. This experience has left a negative impression on how the business is managed. Staff, including all doctors and pharmacists should remain on site, for their...
Read moreI went to see Dr. Hussan and did have to wait 15 min while there was no one in the waiting room and found her to be dismissive and of no help at all for the issues that I went in for. I have Crohns and just got out of the hospital recently and wish to discuss transferring and files to her practice to be my new family doctor been that my family doctor for years now has retired and before answering any direct question posed to her from the 3 reasons for my visit, she was already processing me for blood work and another visit so she can swipe my health card again while not receiving any service. She wasted my time with unnecessary questions of family history and more which are all thing that would be found in my file when transferred to her while the matter of importance I went in for went nowhere and she said: "We can deal with it at later". For context, I have a form from a new job which has to filled out by my physician say if I am clear for TB and so on but Dr. Hussan feels it appropriate to put it off instead of helping me get it done or directing me to somewhere to get it done. I said many things about my visit but it didn't matter much to her and ended with a quick"Thanks for coming" how ridiculous!. It appears that the great percentage of doctors are just about swiping the health care and getting you out the door, I wish there was a way to deny that payment to them when they have given the service that a person...
