I ordered the 2 for 1 special online (1 small supreme and 1 small Gluten Free Cheese Lovers). I received a call from the manager at this location immediately after ordering. He told me that they do not have GF (Gluten Free) pizza crust. He offered me regular crust. He obviously doesn't get it that some people cannot eat gluten. I told him I cannot eat gluten and he assured me that there was nothing he could do for me and said goodbye.
I was disappointed that they advertise GF but don't keep stock of it and that the 2 for 1 special does not apply to those who are gluten intolerant. I called the manager back and asked him when they will be getting the GF pizza crust in because I would like to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special before it ends. He told me he doesn't know when they will be getting it in. I was a little baffled that the manager did not know if or when they will have gluten free pizza crust. I told him that this is not turning out to be at all fair for people who cannot eat gluten and he hung up on me.
Shortly after, I received an email inviting me to do the survey on my most recent experience. I clicked on the link in the email which took me to the survey site. On the landing page of the site, I was told to copy down a numerical code that they provided and that I could use that code to validate the offer included in the survey invitation email. The problem here is that there was no offer of any kind included in that email.
I then went to Pizza Hut website where it lists a number to call for customer service but clarified beside the number that it should only be called if the matter is urgent (???). I called the number and gave my complaint to the customer service representative. At the end of the call he apologized for the trouble and thanked me for my call and said that they will use this information to do better in the future. I asked if someone was going to call me back to resolve this and he said he could get someone to call me if I wanted. If I wanted???? Seriously???? Did he really think that all it takes to make a customer happy after a bad experience is to tell them that they will do better next time??? I insisted a call back.
I went back to the invitation email and clicked on the survey link again. This time I completed the survey with full details of my experience. At the end of the survey I was asked if I would like to get a call back regarding this issue. I answered - YES.
As of yet (5 days later) I have not recieved a call back. it will be interesting to see what...

A few months ago I had a bad experience with customer service and I decided to not come anymore, but today I decided to return because I thought the customer service might have improved since then but it is worse than before. When I came today, one young lady employee was at the cashier and she pretended to do something and was ignoring me. I waited for her to notice me and greet me, and I even tried saying something by asking how much the pizza's cost, but she continued to ignore me and continued to pretend to do something, so I left. This is not professional customer service and it makes me think what the owner is teaching their employee's to have them act like this towards customers. A couple years ago, this place was pleasant to come to and the pizza was great, where is the human manners now? What is going on with the employee's and the people who work here? I noticed that the owner doesn't respond to negative reviews, so do you not care about the customers and only for the good reviews?
