Starbucks — Restaurant in Mississauga

I come to this location often as it's close to my office, and the service is always excellent. But yesterday, they went above and beyond. The staff working there around 3 p.m., witnessed an incident I was involved in while in the parking lot. A staff member came out to check on me to make sure I was okay. As I was pretty shaken up, I was reassured that I handled the situation appropriately by one of the staff members. Unfortunately I did not get his name. After the incident I proceeded to order, still noticeably flustered. By the time I got into the window, not only was my order ready, but they offered me a drink on the house. Again, ensuring that I was okay, they comped my small order and sent me on my way. Although none of what transpired prior to me ordering had anything to do with Starbucks, they recognized the stress the situation had caused, and did what they could to ensure I still left a happy customer. So I just want to commend the team that worked during that situation for their excellent customer service. Hopefully a manager will see this review, and recognize them...

⭐☆☆☆☆ ‏Extremely Disappointing and Inhumane Experience – Dundas & Cliff Rd Location, Mississauga

‏I had a very upsetting experience at the Starbucks located at Dundas Street and Cliff Road in Mississauga. I was in severe kidney pain and urgently needed to use the washroom. Shockingly, the staff refused to let me use it unless I purchased something first.

‏What made it worse is that there were no signs or warnings about this policy, and the staff wasn’t informing customers. You had to ask to find out. I stood outside the locked washroom door for nearly 30 minutes in pain, only to be told afterwards that I needed to buy a coffee just to access the bathroom.

‏This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks that markets itself as warm, inclusive, and community-friendly. In emergencies, basic human decency should come first — but that clearly wasn’t the case here.

‏I will definitely not be coming back to this location, and I hope management re-evaluates its approach to customer care — especially in...

People Lets Help them Stay Open here and Buy More than a Drink, meanwhile staying there with friends and family for hours...the lease isn't cheap in this Location....

I have tried their Mini Maple Pancakes and they are so Good...and that Cheese and Dried Tomato sandwich warmed up is So Yummy...it melts in Your Mouth....

Omg...And don't get me started on their other Treats...like their Muffin...Chocolate Croissont....and my Favourite Cheese cake....

My favourite drink Matcha Green Latte with Almond Milk and No Sugar.

Tried the London Fog. Last Night and it hit the Spot since it was So Bitter Cold last Night.
