I had to wait a bit since they just opened (probably for the rice to cook) and I would’ve prepared my stone pot to be bubbling even more (I like my food super hot). I would’ve liked more side dishes, it was like 2 bites of each of the kimchi, fish cake and seaweed. I wonder if I can ask for more…. Anyway, back to the main dish. The pork bones were meaty, the meat fell right off the bone, good flavours and it didn’t have big pieces of potatoes to prop up the meat (I just got a small piece of potato). I have tried their food over the years before and I am happy 😁 to report that they are consistently good and fresh.
I didn’t get it this time but I really enjoy their noodles 🍜 as well. Especially the cold noodles and the Jajang noodles etc.
