Went in and asked what ingredients were in a chocolate caramel blizzard. Girl at the counter told me brownie, cheesecake & caramel sauce. So I said oh yum that's exactly what I wanted. So I ordered one and after being charged she informed me they didn't have any cheesecake pieces. So I said okay what can i choose instead. She listed and I said okay ill get cookie dough but less caramel please so it's not to sweet. I ended up leaving before I tried it and realized there were chocolate covered caramel pieces in the blizzard not brownies. Needless to say it was way to sweet. I'm normally someone who doesn't complain but seeing as how it's an $8 ice cream I went back in and said these aren't brownies. She then continued to say that she said fudge not brownies and then started listing all the extra ingredients i couldve chosen. At this point i said no problem well it tastes bad thank you and ill be leaving a one star review. And left. She said brownies originally and I don't appreciate paying for something that's disgusting nor getting gaslighted....

Ordered 3 blizzards for pick up and went to pick them up with the family . I walked in and said I was there to pick up my order which had a strawberry cheesecake blizzard on the order with 3 blizzards. The girls working the cash today at 2:45pm says “ that’s not what you had I need the order number “ I go to the car and get the order number from my wife come back only to have to wait outside again because only two people are allowed in the store at one time . I get in give the order number which had the strawberry blizzard on it . Left the store go to the car to enjoy them with my family and realize there is no spoons .I go back again and the girl rudely says to me that I have to specify that I need spoons ! I said ok I’ll make sure I’ll put that in the review . Guess she wanted us to eat them with our hands . Won’t be going back there again . With people not working dude to Covid she should be glad she has a job and not be rude...
