If there were a negative rating, I would have provided that for sure.
Waited for 2 hours + at this restaurant, and then at the end of it, they told me they ran out of stuff.
The lady at the front counter who took our order lied to me, that she called out the token number multiple times, which never happened, because I was standing right there & could see orders placed after mine getting fulfilled
Thinking it was the first day, I did offer you a second chance, and you ended up messing up my order (was: 2 platters for 4 people, ended up: 2 platters for 2 people), despite of me repeatedly mentioning that the order does not look right, not sure why the lady at the the counter left, when she came face to face with this truth?
I asked for a refund & the refund was processed to a credit card when it was paid in cash!!!!!
I know you will care the least, as you may have other customers, so I wanted to thank you so much for wasting 2 hours + of my time on a Saturday evening & creating a negative customer experience. Now I know what opinion I should be providing to my friend & their families
Wanted to let you know, I will not be coming back to your place at all, and I would stick to Pamir Kebab or the Turkish restaurant on Ridgeway, which does a better job at managing their customers

Read moreHorrible service. I went all the way from Waterloo during their grand opening and even though I was there at 5pm, they told me they closed taking the orders as they are alot of ppl waiting. I was later been told by the manager by the name Sarhad that I can come back again and get the offer due to inconvenience since there was nothing mentioned on their website. I went all the way again today and their male employee told me he is not available and he will be back in 15 mins. I waited in my car for 30 minutes and he later told me he is not back yet and he is not sure when he will be back. He did nothing to apologize for the inconvenience and went back knowing the fact I waited for so long and he can honour the deal by confirming with him as I showed him the brochure he gave me. Honestly, its been the worse experience. They are not providing me free meal but honouring a deal that was promised from their end considering they couldn't honour the same day due to their crazy day. I went to this place twice all the way from Waterloo and there was no empathy and sorry from their end and I only got inconvenience and disappointment...
Read morethe upside: went here for their weekend special -- $4.99 doner. a good portion loaded with fillings and flavour. definitely a great value. ordered three beef sandwiches plus baklava (comes in a pair). was given an extra piece so everybody got one. appreciated the generosity and of course, the tasty treat.
points for improvement: while waiting is part of the business, it should still be within a reasonable time. the sunday early lunch we were there, still had to wait 20 minutes (about average). the night before, although a heads up was provided, it was for two hours (reason why we decided to just come back). what makes it worse is the fact the place has no designated waiting area so, the customers are all over. the staff, in trying to keep up, were mostly at the "back," that the front tends to be forgotten. would return to check out the rest of their menu. deal or not, the food's good and wouldn't mind paying the regular price. do hope they come up with a better system to address the long wait times on any...
