I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent Uber Eats order placed under the name Ashhisha B.
Despite clearly stating in the order notes “No coriander”, the food arrived containing coriander, and the chicken was either undercooked or stale. As I have a severe allergy, I was unable to eat the meal myself—only my guest was able to consume it. This was extremely disappointing and potentially dangerous.
I first called their staff at 2:48 PM to raise this issue. When I asked if he had read the message, he responded by arguing that coriander is always used in biryani rice. I explained that this was the first time my instructions had been ignored. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, he continued to insist that coriander is always included.
I called again at 3.19 after my guest had finished lunch. A different staff member answered and shared your contact number with me. However, neither individual was willing to take responsibility for the error or offer a resolution.
I am attaching a photo of the meal and have also recorded a video, which I am happy to share upon request.
I message the manager/owner to address the concern. They did not seem interested in responding. The only reason I am sending this detailed message is to ensure you are aware that orders are not being handled properly, and that allergy-related instructions are being overlooked, which can pose a serious health risk. The management needs to see all orders go...
Read moreUPDATE: he threatened me to remove the review after a few days & thank god i walked out of the restaurant because he started getting close to me. He even had the audacity to come out of the restaurant to threaten me, IF YOU SEE THIS STAFF, BE SAFE.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service & cash scam
I arrived to pick up an order, but due to the heat (it’s 30°C bruh) my phone had overheated and shut down. So I was sitting in my car charging it just to get it back on, then went inside to collect the food.
The staff member refused to hand over the order simply because the Uber app showed him that I was “waiting” for 3 minutes even though the food wasn’t even prepared at that time. (In fact, 8 minutes later, another staff member came out and said the order was finally ready.)
Instead of understanding the situation, he was rude, dismissive & showed a terrible attitude. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unnecessary because only the customer gets affected due to this. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place to anyone. Respect goes both ways and clearly, this staff doesn’t understand that.
On top of this, they provide 10% discount for payment in cash and added a 13% tax on it, this is simply to earn the extra 3% & manipulate the customer to pay cash so the business doesn't have to pay...
Read moreThis is for the owner if he/she cares at all for their restaurant! I ordered Veg Kadai Biryani and Shahi Paneer (Veg Curry), but what they gave me were 2 Biryanis, Veg Kadai Biryani and Shahi Paneer Biryani. Good that I checked before leaving the counter. I asked the guy that I ordered Shahi Paneer (curry) to which he said they don't have this on their menu until I showed him my online order (how can someone place an order if it's not on the menu????) This shows how they lie to their customers. In spite of their mistake, no apologies and asked me to wait for 5-10 minutes. I paid before taking the food so I asked the lady that there maybe a price difference since you changed the item, to which again arrogance without checking the price, she said the price may increase but that's ok!!! as if it is my mistake and they are doing favor to me. I checked the price and it was same for both Shahi Paneer Biryani and Shahi Paneer Curry and I made her realize that she is not doing me a favor. DISGUSTING ! IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS???? My family really loves the taste and I often buy food from here, but I WANTED TO LET THE OWNER KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE IN THE AREA. If your customers are not treated well, mark my word you will have to pay the price not now then...
