very disappointed. I had been shopping at the nail supply for many years. This time i'm very upset. I purchased some products there and i need to do the exchange . I gave the nail supply a call to make sure if they are ok for me to do the exchange. I live almost 2 hours away from this nail supply, therefore i don't want to waste my time to go there if i can't do the exchange. The man on the phone was very nice and kind . He said i can bring my items back to do the exchange . The day i got there i was talking very nicely to this female employee. But she was rude to me she didn't want to help me to do the exchange . She gave me many reason why they can't take back the items. I explained to her the situation and she still refused to help me. she also said this to me " I haven't make any sell in the morning yet why do you and bother me ". and she walked away . I had been shopping here for almost 5 years and i spent so much money on this nail supply and this is what i get . well I wont come back here ever and thanks to this lady i just realize there more nail supply stores out there want...

My favorite place where I find all the beauty products I need with the sweetest and most helpful staff ever. I go there twice a month, spending over 2 hours shopping for products for my hair salon. The store is well organized and mainly sells nail and spas supplies, but hair supplies have their own section starting with hair equipment at the front door. I find over 50 brands specializing in hair products my clients love, such as American Crew, BabylissPro, Wella Wahl, Revlon, and many more. I'm satisfied with all the products I bought from this store as they only sell salon-grade supplies and the wholesale prices are okay. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff is to the customers, as I have tried other beauty supply stores throughout my career. Still, this one is my favorite.
