she turned on her steam table but did not keep it at 190 F degree at all times therefore, food temperature never reached 165 F degree. The longer food being kept below 165 F degree, the more bacteria will grow.
she wore one glove ONLY on the right hand, no glove on the left hand, used the "same glove" to touch handle of ladle and handle money from and to customers.
she stopped filling up food "4cm" from the rim of plastic take out large container, for the remaining space to the rim she filled up with broth.
tasty food.

You see I’ve gotten used to being treated to home cooked & authentic Bicol Laing whenever we get invited for dinner by my Bicolano friends. In my opinion, Bicol Laing is the best - so this one from kusinela which I picked up as combo with their adobo for really good price comes really close to my favoured Bicol version.
