Very nice facility. There are benches to sit down on, a lovely shallow area for kiddos, and a spin drier for swim suits. The concession workers are friendly and food is made to-order, so it's hot and tasty. They were, unfortunately, out of veggies for the vegetable plate though. We'd picked this aquatic complex because they have a water slide, but that wasn't running either. Regardless, we all had a very fun time. That said, the showers are not particularly warm, and our 2 year old only managed to "swim" for about 30 minutes before she was shivering cold and wanted to get out. The 4 year old and I found the water a fine temperature, but we were moving around a lot more than the toddler. It would be nice if they had a big clock near the kids section, and more low vision accessibility things, in general. Without my glasses, I'm legally blind, so figuring out the time or ever just locating restrooms was very challenging. Near sightedness is pretty pervasive, so I'm sure lots of people who typically wear glasses would benefit from vision impaired accessibility design. Eg: it would be great if change room doors were a bright neon colour, so they could easily be located and differentiated from...

As explained to the lady at the front desk afterwards, my experience here was really bad.

  1. it is the most dirty pool I’ve ever seen, dirt is everywhere in the changing room, in the showers and around the pool. I understood why when I saw people wearing boots around the showers...
  2. the cabin in the family changing rooms are made of the cheapest plywood and are so high that anyone can see behind just by leaning a little. Oh and don’t expect a hook or a bench to hang or put your clothes on. No you need to throw all your stuff on the wet and dirty floor.
  3. 3 minutes after putting my kids in the kids pool, the staff decided to close the kids pool (it was 5pm and the pool is supposed to close at 8pm) because of some missing lights or issue with the water depending on who you asked... and the pool did not open again that afternoon! It was already crowded but imagine with only the main “adult” pool left...
  4. the website said the slides were opened but when we arrived they were closed for no reason (I asked why and no one in the staff could respond).

One star for the price as the parking is free and convenient and the access to the pool fairly cheap ($13 for two adults, one kid...

Friendly and helpful staff helped me saved money on coming here by offering tips. Pool is keep surprisingly clean considering and heated the amount of people that come by here. They have access with people who are handicap and have trouble getting in the pool (not sure if you have to call in advance for help). A cute little beach like section for the kids and for those lap swimmers a different pool for you to yourself. They have 2 waterside and a extra deep pool for scuba classes. As well as offering a variety of other water related classes or courses. They even have a machine you can put your wet bathing suit it and like a dryer it spins and takes out most of the water. I haven't seen these at any of the other pool. By far my favourite pool even if you...

We have been going there for years. Inexpensive and free parking. I recommend coming here when the weather is too cold for swimming outdoors. They have a beach area for younger children with a small slide. A two story slide for older children and a medium slide for the intermediate. They have a whirlpool area. You can do laps in the 25 meter pool. You can get to the centre by bus,car and bicycle.

The site is not friendly to English speaking people, it says you need to register before going in. The portion you download to register is all in French. I tried to phone to get information on the leisure/public swim (was on hold for nearly 15 minutes - got caught off called back and it got disconnected again)

It’s a good pool but just one reminder: the pool staff insisted that “Lundi - Mercedi” means Monday AND Wednesday, but not Monday TO Wednesday. So it is closed every Tuesday morning. They insist that the way they write the hours does not create any confusion.
