Excellent hot pot — Restaurant in Montreal

My wife and i wanted to try something new with the kids and were deeply disappointed..... Prices aren't so bad but the service was terrible!!!!! No capability to explain the menu in English or French..... No napkins no drinks no forks for customers that don't use chop sticks. They just put stuff on a table for you to figure out what's what...Wich every bowl was mostly empty. 80$ bill for me my wife and my 7 year old daughter who dit not eat anything....NO HIGH CHAIR for babies so terrible safety with fondu and charcoal....The worst were the bathroom. Hot pot is authentic Beijing/northern China style with charcoal. The sesame dip sauce is scrumptious! If you’re ever curious about how differently Beijing hot pot is done you must try this! I also praise their poached carp with cornmeal buns (not recommended if you are only used to boneless fish because this type of Chinese whole fish dish is served with all the fish bones unpicked). Excellent Hot Pot is our new go-to places with kids. Our kids love the experience and all the friends-families we brought there fell in love with the place, people and food. Kids now asking to go there all the time - LOL... Take the Hot Pot that has both regular and spicy parts (see the video). It's more fun. Take special spoons with holes (see the picture). Useful.
