what a lovely experience i had here. took my gf for her bday. we showed up pretty late (i think around 10:00PM?).. service was really attentive, speedy and nice. music was at a good level and not obnoxious like in some restaurants. food was so good, i like how everything is made to be shared. the kitchen is visible, so you can see your dishes being prepared. as soon as we finished one dish, another one would come out. the timing was so spot on, dunno how they did it. everything we had was tasty, very good soup and dumplings. the ceviche was nice as well. didn't have a chance to try their iced coffee because they were getting ready to close up by the time we were finished and we didn't want to hold up the staff super late. good selection of sakes! we had an unfiltered sake, i think it was the snow maiden. went super well with the food and our waitress kept us topped up!...

The owner and staff provided fantastic service. The food and the flavors were extremely authentic and delicious. Hands down has the very BEST Vietnamese food I've ever had. The environment is a minimal/chic design but still feels very warm and cozy, with the perfectly dimmed lighting at night. The crowd was super interesting and the music selection was on point. It was a nice change to eat somewhere and not have to scream to talk to your friends, which is the case when we are home in NYC. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy their outdoor dining in the summer months on one of those famously beautiful sunny , yet slightly breezy summer days in Montreal. We had an unforgettable experience celebrating my birthday here! The food was absolutely delicious — I highly recommend the beef with ginger and the papaya salad. As a lovely surprise, they treated me to a birthday cocktail and a scoop of amazing vanilla and coconut ice cream — such a thoughtful touch!

What truly made the night special was the incredible service. Denis, our waiter, was exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive — he genuinely made our evening memorable. The chef also chatted with us — so friendly and welcoming.

The ambiance is cozy and beautifully decorated, and the cocktails were fantastic — especially the passion fruit margarita, which was next-level good.
