Sushiman — Restaurant in Montreal

Really delicious sushis. It is my go-to. When I have exams or on my birthday, my mom surprises me with Sushiman sushi. Sushiman has become a special place to me because of the memories when I was gifted these sushis by my mom. The people who work here make it all the more special too. They are truly caring, welcoming, and sweet. The sushis are freshly made each day. Cleanliness is maintained.

My go-to sushi orders are "Crispy", "Crabe de Neige" (which is the same filling for Cripy sushi but the rice is inside rather than outside, "Salmon nigiris", "Avocado hosomaki", and recently I started liking the "Buddha wrap" and "Tuna tartare maki". Sushiman at agrinon mall was fantastic. Been many times and never dissapointed. Their sushi are made fresh to order unless you are in a hurry and just want some premade combos. Otherwise your sushi can pretty much be custom. I have tried many of their a la kart items, premade and even had them make me huge platters for events. Sushiman delivered on quality every time. Poke bowl had too much rice, very little filling, 1/4 empty bowl, edamame undercooked and hard, mango so unripe it was unrecognizable and akin to chewing wood so I pulled it out.

Worse than that was the sauce wasn’t anything remotely poke-like… just an awful mayonnaise! Yuck!

It cost $20 for a double portion of protein which I didn’t get. I’d have eaten better in the food court! I’m only eating it coz I’m too tired and hungry now. Very disappointing!...
