She did not give me what I asked for at all and acted like she could I wanted silver streaks in my hair instead she just bleached pretty much all my hair yellow to the point where it is completely dead and dry. I told her she was not doing what I asked and she raises her voice and said "you better watch what you say!" I now have to cut all my hair off after spending years growing it out. This lady is rude and a complete liar! The worst hairdresser I have ever been to she should not...

I went to see Jana after a year away and 3 years without colouring my hair. Jana begged me to let her give me a few highlights and I succumbed. Well! After 4 hours in the chair I can honestly say, I am happy to have listened! Everyone says, "you look so much younger, what did you do?" It's almost as if I had botox or something. Thankyou Jana for your encouragement and your expertise in colour! I'll see you next time...

Hi, im just curious, I have a hair emergency and according to the website the salon closes at 20:00, So I went here to find it close. And the sign also said that your open,but youre not, all light are off and the roon is empty. I hope you guys update your hours...
