Very disappointed with this place, they were awesome to deal with when ordering a special ring for the birth of my daughter. Seemed like once they got our money they didn't care about us. It had been a month since we ordered the ring I called to check in as I was driving through the city and wanted to check by chance if the ring was in. I was told I would get a call back, by 2pm I hadn't got a call back called again and was told again I would get a call back and never received a call. My husband called the next day to follow up as we hadn't heard anything and yet again was told we would receive a call back we waited till 3pm and still had not got a call. We phoned yet again and we're passed off to some male who had zero idea about the whole situation. We then cancelled our order as we felt that the customer service that was offered to us was unacceptable and we wanted no part in supporting this business. I now have waited 1 month for a ring I will not be getting. We have since purchased a beautiful custom ring from Envi Jewellers in Moose Jaw, the customer service was outstanding, we wish we would have went there from the beginning. My fiancé chose a beautiful wedding band from the store to propose to me, and then he and I, with the expertise of Lana, created a gorgeous—fully customized engagement ring. I showed Lana some inspiration pictures, and she was able to help me get started with my design. Using an online website, I could choose every detail of my ring, from the band style to the materials used and even the quality of each diamond. I truly cannot express how happy I am with the labels i got from Emerald, that i needed for my hand knit toques. I took my vision to them and they rocked it! My label absolutely captures the essence of what I wanted, which was something a little rustic, a little historic and something that will appeal to every age. Plus, they were able to get them to me before the weekend so I could spend the weekend sewing them on to my toques. Thank you Heather, Diane and Lana for helping make my vision come to life!
