Their customer service is truly above and beyond! I bought a couple of sweaters as gifts and when I came back home, two of the sweaters I got were not the right size. I took a leap of faith and messaged the company if it’s possible to exchange via mail (since a one-way 4-hour trip is not feasible especially when I just came back from Jasper). The owner, Karl, was so accommodating and responds really quick too so there’s not a lot of waiting involved. The terrible fires have laid waste to much of the landscape, and yet we had the most beautiful time in this Jasper Park! Read moreStopped in quickly while in Jasper to have a look at the souvenirs before heading back to Edmonton. They had lots of lovely things but we didn’t purchase anything. The lady on the counter made a rude offhand comment about my 3 year old son not wearing a hat as we were leaving.
Not necessary at all and was actually upsetting to myself as the parent, no one likes to feel as if their parenting is being judged - let alone from a complete stranger.
We were parked 20m away and going from the car to the shop and then straight back to the car again.
