I would give ZERO stars if I could Absolutely Disgusting! We own several items from Ashley all purchased at a local dealer unfortunately this specific item was not available and we went to the Ashley in North Bay. We were told by others not to but the sale associate Wilson was wonderful and pleasant to deal with the manager on the other hand was pushy rude and arrogant towards us. I 100% wanted the right measurements of the item and that took forever! I had to call back a few times to get an answer. Then arguing with me saying a king will not fit…I should look for a less extravagant bed…as she thought a king was the same size as a California.Even though I gave her my max measurements to double check in the first place. She then said we were getting an Amazing deal! Same bed we want was a return not a thing wrong client just changed mind… this bed that was delivered was a disaster rips,broken, dirty and even a piece that was homemade because the other part went missing?!? The delivery men couldn’t even build it as nothing fit and took it back. They couldn’t believe the condition and that it made it on the truck. Called and spoke to Wilson and said this will be taken care of no issues that is unacceptable then said he would forward all photos to the manager. That bed was not the “just returned” I would have rather waited the 5-6 weeks if I knew that was the quality the classify as just a return! Fast forward a day… I waited for them to contact me. Finally I called and not even a sorry, no how can we fix this ZERO options didn’t even give me the option to wait for a new one instead they canceled the order and the “manager” refused to speak to me as they were so busy. Very...

Long story short - do not don't buy from here they have poor customer service and sold the couch we said we'd pick up next day. Shop at Bonanza in New Liskeard the same furniture for almost half the price and FREE delivery to North Bay.

Long version, extremely disappointed in their customer service. Originally in store were very helpful in assisting us pick a couch. Once we finally decided, got the run around to pay $79.00 for delivery in town not five minutes from the store and pushing extras which we clearly weren't interested in. They tried totsay it was basically V.I.P service since they were bring it in and put legs on it. So instead we arranged to have a friend help us pick it up because they said they had one in stock in the warehouse. One lady said the warehouse was there, they called back said it was in Sudbury so it would be Wednesday (the day now being Friday). Woke up Saturday morning to a message asking us to call them basically to say so we don't have one in stock anymore they went ahead and sold the couch so it will be another 4-6 weeks to order it. Took my business somewhere else - Bonanza...

Sometimes you need more than 5 stars for a review! I recently moved to another town and needed lots of furniture in a timely manner along with coordinating with my moving truck. Kathy spent the time and helped me put together some fantastic room choices for my lifestyle (dining, 2 livingrooms and crazy dog) made sure everything was in stock in their local warehouse! Btw, it all looks fab! Thank you. Come moving day everything was at the North Bay store, our transport showed up at a specified time and Scott the warehouse manager assisted to help and make sure every piece ordered was accounted for and loaded for the trip North. Another 5 stars needed! Talk about 'peace of mind' on a day where everything can be so overwhelming. Thank you to everyone at Ashley...
