Attended for Mother’s Day cards, gift bags, tissue, and a number of items from Bradford Exchange which is on display in the store. Absolute nightmare; next to no product knowledge, cannot locate Bradford Certificates, or appropriate matching boxes for the items on display. Was asked if I wanted the Certificates of Authenticity as they could not find these. Waited around for over 25 minutes while store manager fumbled around in the back looking for boxes and certificates. So bush and complete amateurs. Asked for money back after about 40 minutes of waiting around. Could not process the refund. All of this was a great big joke. Apparently David Lyle owns the business. Walked out empty handed, a line up behind me, and completely confounded sales staff. If you don’t know your product and cannot even package it properly, don’t presume you can sell it. Simple.
