Shirley needs to spend more time working and less time socializing when at an open cash. The entire time there, she stood and ignored customers to have a private conversation with a friend/relative. Don't know which, doesn't matter. Unprofessional to say the least. When my food came, the blonde girl at that end of the counter was also engaged in a personal conversation with a friend. I stopped by the A&W inside the mall and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The Teen Burger was juicy and super delicious, and the fries were crispy and golden. The classic A&W root beer in a frosty mug was the perfect touch cold, creamy, and nostalgic. I recently visited A&W inside Northgate shopping centre and had a disappointing experience with the service. The cashier Stutti was very rude and unprofessional especially in dealing with Indian customers. The behavior was disrespectful and it made me feel unwelcome.
